Collector Club Loco - ordering not possible

As the CC 2MT (R3837) is now back on the website - I tried to place an order but can't as even though I can access the members' area (and my membership expires in 2024) the ordering system thinks I am not a member so won't let me order.

Please fix this

Yup same for me and I’ve been trying to order one since 12.15 when the CC email came out

It is now fixed and I have been able to order

I had the same issue, but the following day website had been fixed.

My model has now arrived, but the chimney is floating around the clear plastic insert and I've not ventured to take it out yet to see if it just clips back in or I'll be needing to return.
