LTSR_NSE Posted September 6 Share Posted September 6 (edited) Reward points take up to 21 days after date of delivery to be added to your account (however the order should indicate the appropriate number are ‘pending’.) If pending number appears incorrect or points aren’t added within appropriate timescale - then just contact Customer Services & they will help resolve any issue. The email said they would be available to spend "straight away" which confused customer services. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me.
