Only way I could fix was to shutdown RM, unplug the eLink for 10 seconds and then start everything back up again. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I find with that one that if I wait a few second (<30?) the system comes back to life. . I flagged this to HRMS over a year ago and the feedback was essentially to not click so fast, it is often easy though to do a double click by mistake and end up in this situation.
