Hi I like the new releases , I am sat here watching a youtube review of the 2023 range, the reviewer said that the landy had both civilian and military possibilities, this made me wonder why was it made in 1/43 and not 1/48 to fit with aircraft or 1/35 for military dioramas?

Hi I have just dug this out of my stash and i want to do the box art version. However the colour call outs in the instruction sheet asks for silver on the metal areas of the fuselage and aluminium on the fabric covered sections this to me seems wrong and I am wondering if if should be the other way round aluminium on the metal areas and silver on the fabric, it could be a typo as similar has happened with the Vosper MTB and the colours being transposed there

HI well ive just finished my second Aston Martin DBR9 this time in green as a 2005 Le mans entry, whikle im waiting for the new tool Vulcan my latest buys were an Eduard 1/48 Fokker Triplane ( 1/72 far to fiddly). and a NuNu 1/24 BMW GT3 M6 with detail up kit, i would like to see more competition cars from Airfix but i have found that 1/32 does not quite offer the level of detail i'm after.

As its the IPMS at Telford this week end i wonder if they will make an anouncement there ?

Hi i'm in the process of finishing an Airfix spitfire PRxix, with a mixture of airbrushed enamel and acrylic . I would like to say that Acrylics were far better due to low odour and drying time , BUT (and its not the first time) im using Humbrol in both mediums the enamel sprayed fine but the acrylic 230 was useless for spraying despite using humbrol acrylic thinner it just turned into a sludgy mess in the nozle of my airbrush, so at the moment i'd go for Humbrol enamels but an-other make Acrylic
