Got my hobby reward points finally hopefully everyone else gets theirs thanks for the help

Is anyone else having issues with Hornby’s hobby reward points still pending after the 21 days after receiving the item and not getting any response back from customer service

After an afternoon of keep trying I finally got the class 66 sound file to work on the 21 pin thanks for the help

Still having trouble with the sound file with the 21 pin have tried all the belt and braces steps and still no luck also have set my hm6000 to the highest frequency settings and also tried it on separate track away from the layout and still not working

Maybe not I will change it and have another go thanks for your help

Having trouble with installing the class 66 sound data have tried all the steps suggested with no luck, have tried the suggestion on installing the smallest sound file the class 08 and that works fine and then try the 66 sound file and still get the same error, I’m using the hm6000 for track power suggested in the hm6000 to hm7000 upgrade and using the hm app on an iPhone 13 pro and it’s a hm7000 21 pin sound decoder any help is greatly appreciated

hi I’m having the same problem downloading the class 66 profile to a hm7000 21 pin have tried the class 08 and that loads fine and help much appreciated

Hi wondering if anyone can help I have recently got the belmond british Pullman loco just got the loco and not the set because I already own the Pullman coaches, my problem is that the locos coupling is higher than the coaches coupling so does not attach properly it there any way of making the two couplings match up better any help will be appreciated thanks
