@Brumdave I found the same with some of my Dapol wagons, the solution was to replace the wheels with Hornby wheels.

@Matt123x are you using Hornby Points, Peco set-track points or Peco Streamline points? I find my Hornby locos with pony trucks are fine on Hornby points and Peco Streamline points but derail on Peco set-track points whilst my Bachmann locos are fine on peco set_track and Peco streamline but derail on Hornby points! These days all my points are now Peco streamline to get round this problem...

Desirable features has now reached 54 pages, but one big question not so far mentioned is: Are we willing to pay HRMS for new features? OK, bugs I think we can all agree should be fixed for 'free'. When LD is finally released I wouldn't expect to pay for a software update to use it because I would assume all software costs would be bundled as part of the new hardware cost. But general new functionality for exisitng users? I'm not convinced that we should expect it to be delivered by HRMS out of their income from new sales and, after all, HRMS has to make a living. So, on consideration, I for one would be willing to pay a similar sum again to the cost of the Pro pack (£29.99) to gain a bundle of new features (such as improved graphics etc). What do you think? Is HRMS more likely to develop new functionality if there is an income stream to pay for their time? And would anybody else be willing to pay too?

If you ring Hornby Customer support they will give you a returns number and then you post it back to Hornby who will repair it and return it to you. Mine failed in a similar manner back in July and it was returned fixed in 12 days. a couple of weeks later they then sent me a cheque to cover the cost of my postage - I wasn't expecting that!

I'd like the throttle to change colour when open to make it easier to see which locos are running and which are stationary. In the same vein I'd like to see the forward and reverse only show as green or red when the throttle is open
