Hi all have my first new train set in 40 years the Santa express for under the tree, its a start on bibber plans. however after about a week I started getting problem with the train juddering then stoping and now won't work at all. I have the track in the oval as supplied and the track in on the farm to reduce noise on our hard floor. Is this most likely to be dust or dirt pick up given its location? or could I have burn out the train with having it on for an hour or so at a time? Any/all help appreciated.

Is that paracetamo? i picked up one of the paint brosh holders at Telfordlast year, I actually use it for my tweezers

Cool build, like you I made two of these as a kid in the 70s, loved the fact you could arange the airctaft as you wanted. I built one again a couple of years ago, great memories

I have a trumpeter 1:350 Graf Spee on the go as well as the Airfix new tool 1:72 Hurricane I also have in planning stage Airfix HMS Victory and Trumpeter 1:200 USS Arizona

I absolutely want to see Airfix backing ship builders once again . Everybody wants a Qeen Elizabeth carrier and that should have Airfix all over it. when you look at what other companies produce they tend to be ships that were in action in the Pacific to maximise market intrest I guess. i think thier is no point doing another Bismark ot KG5. But do some stuff others havent like an Altmark, that could be used in a diroma with Graf Spee, or HMS Warrior, that would suit Airfix down to the ground we have some missing ocean liners too how about a Lusitainia

Hi just wondering if Airfix have ever released a kit of the Fairey Delta 2? i tend to build ships but this aircraft i would love to build it had the air speed record for a while and thin it proved the tech later seen on concord would live airfix to release this
