re SP's concern, I understand if you send evidence of your preorder to another retailer, manufacturer, they will re allocate your Hatton's preorder either to an alternative retailer or the manufacturer will fill the order Apart from concern at the people who have lost their livelihood, I am also disappointed that easily accessible reference on model tooling and detailing will be lost

Just opened mine, one front buffer detached in the plastic container, the other front buffer obviously loose and drooping from the buffer beam, disappointed!! Contacted customer services and waiting a reply

Great minds DRC, I must have got a cancelled order for the Coronation, following a tip off on the forum, and decided to replace my 63 year old Hornby Dublo City of London at the same time

To try to answer the original question, I used hobby points and a cash balance over the Easter weekend double value points event, I got additional hobby points for the cash balance only.

I had an email Monday advising me my order was cancelled due to theft of a container, presumably one containing the locos! surprised they are not just remanufacturing them and carrying the pre orders forward?
