  1. YouTube Link Another interesting interview. I think this is a great way to engage with customers. Martyn offers a good insight in to the business decisions which I find really interesting. Be patient, be patient πŸ™πŸΌ
  2. Ending with the words "represents very good value, particularly for the sound version" I have resisted and resisted but somehow these words are particularly persuasive 😬 Can someone delete this duplicate? I don't have the power πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

  4. Interested in how you get on long term with the Easi-Shunt couplings I live the idea, adds extra realismπŸ‘πŸΌ Also loving the full white scenery, very calming (yes I am weird)
  5. If anyone is patiently waiting for Southern... 50006 and 50008 were in Portsmouth Harbour in the 1980's. πŸ€”
  6. Possibly controversially... If the "club" and quarterly magazine, rare competitions and illusive exclusives Fail... I'm fine with that but. This is on the basis that the contributors were too busy developing products and focusing on getting them to the shelves. I think the as it comes announcements are ok. The video with Peachy and Mac was excellent. And this platform provides a great place to give updates. I can see that you would want to lockdown official posts so they could receive reactions and answer polls but possibly not replies (that could have the potential to get out hand very quickly) I don't know if that's possible.
  7. The first rule of TT:120 is, have fun. The second rule of TT:120 is, have fun.
  8. It's for In Stock items only. Used it last night, dispatch message today woohoo
  9. @Peachy has a tantalising video up too! Link
  10. Now I'm not saying that didn't happen 😬
  11. Thanks Tim great thread, wonderful photos. I pre-ordered the GBRF 66, it looks too good! Glad to hear about the Blue 08 too. If anyone can ask about the Gresley Coaches? My Mallard is begging for a rake! (Instead of pulling a MK3 restaurant and 50' full break 🀣)
  12. And the country from which the 1:120 scale originated... H.P Products 1945
  13. I can see one of these sitting in that somewhere: https://www.inthegreenwoodlaser.co.uk/tt-fl002-right-hand-low-relief-block-of-flats-tt120-laser-cut-kit
  14. Or following some of Peachy's earlier logic, that's the version to go in a train set? I'd be happy with that!
  15. @Generic Hornby Username Can't make it there myself but if you get a chance, would it be possible to get an update on the Gresley Coaches? I know a 3d sample was seen a while back (I can imagine the woodgrain artwork is a challenge). I'm holding out for a BR blue small logo D400
  16. Excellent discussion. I have to dissagree with Simon though. The Scotsman, The Mallard, sure I have seen them in a museum. I would class myself as a newbie/returner (returning from say age 15). What I remember most are the BR standard classe tanks from being taken to heritage railways as a kid. Those are the ones I wanted to get and with them recreate those day trips. I guess it's generational, and based on an individuals background Vs hard business data.
  17. I remember being told to put it at the front of the siding so each wagon of the train could be unloaded inside. Best thing about models, you can pick them up and move them about! 😁
  18. I have sent mine off to get suitably grubby and worn whilst waiting 😜
  19. Not sure if I'm allowed to put it here. Mods please remove if required. But you can download it from the Key Model World site (subscription required). PDF catalogue attached πŸ™ƒ hm-tt120-cat-2024.pdf
  20. Thank you both, greatly appreciated πŸ‘πŸΌ
  21. Not meaning to reignite TT8037 discussion (just happy I found this thread using the new forum search!) Not got either the track pieces or Anyrail to hand at the moment but wondering how the above geometry matches the below.
  22. Outrageous, I can't believe shrinkflation has removed the cardboard tunnel from the sets 😜 I had the Lima set. Happy memories
  23. I think your Poll says it all, let's hope someone is paying attention!
  24. Were confirmed, but as they said they might not stick to that... 37415 was EWS livery D6704 was a lovely green with split head code and has previously been made by Accurascale in 00 (feels like a blocker to other manufacturers when I put it like that in the context of other recent posts)
