Dwarfboysim
Hi,I have 2 x Hornby R9096 Bertie the Bus. One runs fine the other appears dead. Would anyone know where I would start troubleshooing the motor on this? Thanks,Dwarfboysim
96RAF
Does it run if you apply a 9v brick battery terminals direct to the wheels. Will it run one way but not the other. Can you see the contacts are touching the backs off all the wheels with no fluff, etc.Next is take the body off and look for a loose/broken wire. Please report back your findings.Rob
walkingthedog
RAF it doesn't run on rails it runs on the road on rubber tyres. Think it is battery powered.
