I have only just realised that the letter is missing, I have the collector club card, and a piece of paper saying about club benefits but not the actual welcome letter. Linking the card is odd, it appears not to work but often has. Apart from buying the club exclusive model I don't think it serves any other purpose. Give them a ring after the Christmas holiday.
