Hi new lad on block. There's no rush for this, but in your own time, is there you can post detailed close-up images of your R9064 Diesel D261 and R9097 Diesel D7101 'Bear' please? Thank you.  😀

Even though both are different locomotives, both are non-major characters and came to the Island of Sodor, to help out with freight work.

Hi Gordon, Photos of the two large diesels.

For those not sure R9097 'Bear' is the Class 35, Blue Livery.

Thanks for the images, new lad on block.  😀

I often have Diesel and Bear running at the same time not on the same line, but one on the inner circuit and the other on the outer. Both do similar work and both are non-major characters, so I think they are good together.

Diesel should be a Class 40, but I am unsure why Hornby released him as Class 37. Perhaps the the Class 40 did npt exist when Hornby released him, or was it to keep the costs down? I am sure a Class 37 model is cheaper than a Class 40 model.

You cannot sell stuff on this forum. You cannot even make direct contact with interested parties as there is no personal message facility.

What it is worth is dependant upon actual condition of the loco and just as much on the condition of the box, which can be worth half the total value.
