chapy
Hii have a problem. My dad bought a arc air system to get his cars going arround again. It appears that there is only the green lane working. As soon he puts a car on the red lane it gives an error, overload of the track. The Light of the ArC air Supply flashes orange and when trying on the red lane it shuts of. The red lane has power for a very short time till it cuts the connection. What I did as troubleshoots:-cleaned the track with a brush and double checked all connections- used an old Powersupplie to check if tracks are worken -> yes- turned the ARc air in the other direction -> green lane works red one doesn`t- shouted at the system -> didn`t helpPlease help me to help my dad, he drives me mad because its not working Thanks a lot and greetings from Germany best wishes chapy

Andy P.
Hi @gorp: Yes its the new arc air. We tried that already to turn the base arround, again only the lane was working.@ Andy: Yes we hat them in. But then i built a circle without and still only the green lane was working. We also have only one powerbase in the circule. Today i got a voltmeter and measured the voltage. on the green lane it response from 0 to 14.9 V depending on the thruttle. The Red lane give constant a voltage from arround 8V so i guess its a problem in the base. I couldn`t find any metal parts in the track. So will contact the sustomer service i guess. Thanks for helping
W0ZZA
I had exactly the same problem.Returned it to retailer a few weeks ago, and have just been alterted that a refund is on its way.I've seen previous reviews suggest that they're unreliable.I'm now worried about buying another one. Can anyone reassure me?
Andy P.
I know of hundreds of people who have had no problems. In fact, some of the issues turned out that they were used devices. If you get a fairly recent batch from a reputable retailer you should be fine. Nigel-1211276
I had the same issue with my first Arc Air. Retailer sent a replacement out no issue.
