Batman Joker cars not working.

Hi everyone. I've bought the Joker/Batman scalextric set for my little one for Christmas.

1. We've set the track up.

2. Plugged in the track

3. Plugged in the Spark plugs (only one flashing)

4. Downloaded the apps (apps not moving either car)

5. Bluetooth not pairing either spark plug, it says app to be downloaded, or low energy

6. Lights are on Batman car not Joker cat.

Very disappointed child at Christmas can anyone help please!!!!

Hey James,

Not familiar with spark plug, but I would suggest trying to download app on a few devices like phone / tablet and trying to connect again. Try deleting the app and downloading again / pairing.

To test the cars make sure the braids are making contact with the rails and bent down at an angle. Put a 9V battery on the braids and the cars wheels should turn.

Sounds like a connection issue though with the app. It could well be one of the dongles is deffective. Reach out to Scalextric by email with the fault and they can assist.

Hi I've just set up my batman and joker with sparkplug track. Downloaded the app and the green light flashes but the cars don't move! Any help? Do you need WiFi connection or just Bluetooth through my device
