Unable to update profile

I just got the HST TT model with sound fitted.

i get the following error 

One or more problems have been detected. Please reinstall a profile to fix this error. If the issue persists please contact Customer Support.

when I try and browse to select the same profile again, the update button is disabled. I even tried a different profile.

This is the first one I bought with sound fitted. Do not have this issues where I installed the HM7000 myself.

I had this happen but, from memory (Rob will confirm - or not), Browsing the profiles then you can did let me update or re-install the existing profile.

Right, I select the profile, any one and then the install Locomotive Profile button is still disabled. Does not ask me when linking device. Which makes sense since it is factory installed.

You write value 8 to CV8 same as most decoders. The decoder also resets as part of the profile loading proccess, which is why it tends to lose any given dcc address and reverts to 3.
