It sure is  😉

You did a great job.  It was the flat propeller blades that gave it away!  I well remember that kit ... I built one years ago and have another in my stash. No underecarriage wells in the lower wing ... no cockpit.... pilots only from the shoulders up .......a far cry from today's models!!

That can't be the old Frog kit!

I bought this Revell kit, advertised as a new release, not all that long ago. It seems to be the old Frog version in a shiny new box, complete with the heads and shoulders of the crewmen moulded into the fuselage sides. Different manufacturers certainly seem to have their money's  worth out of this mold.

Nice QE Patrick, I have two more in the stash. I'll probably waterline and seascape both but do one in troopship configuration - I have lots of White Ensign Bofors Guns.

I did this full hull one a few years ago, and rather crudely.

Interesting build.  My Titanic will be ready in a couple of weeks and I have already mentioned I want to build Olympic as a dazzle painted WWI ship and Brittanic as a hospital ship.  A trooper would be interesting .....QM might fit the bill.  Although I was thinking more in terms of one of the dedicated troopers .......such as Dunera and co.  .......That is the problem with scratchbuilding .......toooooooooo many ships to choose from!

Comments on the last few entries, for what it’s worth.

Jopres57 : I have this kit. I know you have created a very good model here. These old kits really test the patience.

Tony B : love the V-bombers - shame about the runway! The finish on those aircraft looks great.

Rocket Ron : My favorites are the Sabre & the Buffalo - great finishes and really good subjects.

Dark Earth : Again, favorites are the Whirlwind [with rigging] and Bulldog [without]. They look good, very good.

Thanks all. So much incentive here for further building !!
