Paul-RMD Posted October 19, 2023 Share Posted October 19, 2023 Hi purchased my first Hm7000 chip and having an issue downloading sound profile for the class 73 is there an issue with this file?using my limited knowledge after several failed attempts I decided to try a different sound profile that worked fine. pd91223 Posted October 19, 2023 Share Posted October 19, 2023 I have loaded the latest version of the Class 73 profile into a Class 411 & a Class 423 (until such time as a proper electric profile becomes available for these) and they both work fine.Do note, however, that the Class 73 profile takes well over an hour to download. Paul-RMD Posted October 19, 2023 Author Share Posted October 19, 2023 I did even reset chip and put app on a different device and tried downloading using data as well as WiFi as read a post about WiFi possibly causing download issue.so think I have covers all bases still with no success.
