John-357061
I have three locomotives that work correctly.I have two others that work correctly when using DCC, but not Bluetooth. One of them does not even get found when connecting with Bluetooth. The other does connect but nothing works.Any suggestions?

John-357061
I have done those steps. The one that does not even connect via Bluetooth, is a non-starter.It must be correctly installed (used to work) still works with DCC.The other one does connect via Bluetooth, but does not respond to any functions. Again works with DCC.Calling support on Monday.
John-357061
Changed the Bluetooth setting to Legacy and one of them now works for a few minutes before loosing the connection.
96RAF
Changed the Bluetooth setting to Legacy and one of them now works for a few minutes before loosing the connection. You will notice when you choose Legacy there is no host, auto-reconnect or notifications. Legacy is really only there to connect a single device, whereas Standard invokes a mesh of many devices. John-357061
To me it suggests one of them has a software issue the other hardware. Could v3 fix the software issue? Standard Bluetooth does not work, but legacy does. Note: DCC works in both cases.
John-357061
Resolved all the issues by unlinking and deleting. Then linking on a different device.Nothing wrong with the profiles, my WiFi or the decoder connection.Would be helpful if this was added to troubleshooting documentation. A long with issues and sets to resolve. If it works in legacy mode. Unlink and link again.
