The00Engine
Wow, those pictures of the station at night look so realistic! Impressive!
The Doc
I agree, very atmospheric station lighting, BB. Mind you, looking back at the daytime view of your station (page 58 of this thread), it looks pretty good whatever the time of day! 😀
Bulleidboy
Thanks for the nice comments guys. I'm trying to get the pictures from Photobucket downloaded into a Flickr file so I can put some more on here, but I'm having problems at the moment. NWR-Gordon-4
I use a static model of Truro on my sodor. He never moves in the episode, so it's okay. That's better than nothing I guess, but what gauge or scale is this static model? I would rather have the OO Gauge Bachmann locomotive that has motor and moves though. @bulleidboy I don't know if this will work, but I've added some pictures via my Flickr page. www.flickr.com/photos/156575674@N02/ Great images, bulleiedboy. walkingthedog
Airfix/Dapol make a splendid City class loco.
NWR-Gordon-4
Airfix? Those are plastic kits. Or are you talking about the long-gone Airfix Model Railways range, WTD? Do they do a City of Truro locomotive. The only City Class locomotive I want is City of Truro. 😆 GNR-Gordon-
2e0dtoeric
Photobucket - I've been getting so much hassle off them over using MY OWN photo's that I've deleted my account.
walkingthedog
It's a kit Jacob, you make it then add Truro name/number plates. I think it might be Truro though.

walkingthedog
Yeah OK Jacob just trying to help. TTHE says Truro doesn't move in the episode so it doesn't need a motor. Don't know why I bother.Sometimes we have to compromise Jacob.
NWR-Gordon-4
I know you are trying to help WTD. I am not complaing. I appreciate your help, mate. 😀 GNR-Gordon-

I would rather have the OO Gauge Bachmann locomotive that has motor and moves though. It's from a magazine, I can't remember what it was called. It's OO, and has plenty of detail. NWR-Gordon-4
I think I know the magazine series you are talking about, but I can't rememeber what it is called either. I suspect you can't get that issue with the City of Truro anymore then! 😆 GNR-Gordon-
Bulleidboy
Just go on to ebay and type in City of Truro in the search box - there's a few, including a Bachmann/NRM model.

NWR-Gordon-4
Nice layout, Fireman_Ian. You seem to like the American railways. I like the steam locomotive image, curving around the mountain, with a flatbed, of which is carrying logs. Great work you have done. GWR LNER fan 4472
@GNR-Gordon-4Yes, it's the Railroad Tornado. We bought it at Minehead when we went to see Tornado there in 2011. Here's an overview of the town. Most of the buildings are old ones from the '70s and '80s, but there are a few newer ones such as the firestation, market hall and the supermarket./media/tinymce_upload/3f146e8ab8592b57f45b8152780445fe.JPG
NWR-Gordon-4
I would like to get the Hornby RailRoad Tornado, but it's been discontinued. Has it got sprung buffers? That might explain why one has broken off. Nice town you have there. I like the fire station and the fire engine's inside the garage. walkingthedog
Jacob, Hattons and Rails both have it in stock about £69 new.
NWR-Gordon-4
They have them in stock, despite being discontinued? Must get one then. GNR-Gordon-
walkingthedog
Why wouldn't they Jacob. Hornby make 2000 Tornado's, send them out to the retailers then stop making them. Retailers sell 1800 of them and guess what, still 200 in the shops for sale. It's hardly rocket science.
