Lancing Posted March 24, 2017 Share Posted March 24, 2017 It's good to see the Q1 return to the catalogue this year as it's generally an excellent model, but it's disappointing that Hornby hasn't taken the opportunity to correct the shape of the smokebox while checking the tooling. This, in my opinion, is the only thing that lets it down. Comparing the photos of an originall engine, 33003 shown on the turntable, and the model below, the smokebox of the latter still appears to be oversize; a tad too wide and with a more flattened top.
