I'd personally like more modern RAF aircraft like the Voyager, Tornado, Lightning II, Typhoon (I know they already have a Typhoon model), E-3D and the C-17 Globemaster III.

Well I can agree I want a vc10 or c130 in 1.72 scale so I think airfix are slacking in that department

There are some very optimistic suggestions for new kits in this topic, although it would be good to see Airfix release a 1/72 model, preferably of an aircraft that served in the RAF, that hasn't been released by a mainstream manufacturer before.

A new tool F-111 would also be good, this of course would have to include transfers for an RAAF version to pay off the persistence of our old friend 'the F111C guy'.

Finally, we definitely need newer 1/72 (1/76) vehicles and tanks next year. More people should ask for this because I do think that Airfix takes notice of this forum.

I think anew 1:76 pontoon bridge maybe with some infantry and a Cromwell Mk IV would be good and a new DUK-W as well as a good D-Day set (as it is the 75th anniversar).

I also think obstacles like the hedgehogs and Belgian gates as well as stakes topped with mines would be a good idea.Possibly even a cliff/beach diorama would be good.

OK, now explain to me how the fact that some kits were released in Airfix boxes changes which manufacturer the tool belongs to.

I didn't say it did change the manufacturer did I? Airfix bought many kits from other manufacturers and put them into Airfix boxes. MPC, Gunze Sangyo, Max, Italeri, Heller to name a few. The kit may be in an Airfix box but its still a Heller kit and if Airfix wanted to put it back in the range they'd have to come to an arrangement with Heller. Hornby doesn't seem to like the policy of selling other manufacturer's kits currently though.

Dear Airfix

I would like to request in your good office to release the 1/350 UK modern aircraft carriers the HMS Queen Elizabeth II and HMS Prince of Wales please include  the 1/350 NH-90, Chinook and F-35s as well.

1/350 falklands warships: the type 21, type 22,  leander class would also be wonderful addition.

I wish that you create kits those 1/35 vehicles the Jackal and Coyote (driver and troops included)

I also wish to Airfix to release again the 1/72 Valiant jet bomber.
