Use the plastic probe that you use for inserting wires into the terminals to press the reset button, holding it until the LEDs flash, then release. Thereafter carry on with the linking procedure. 96RAF Posted April 7, 2023 Share Posted April 7, 2023 That screen shot looks to read HM6010.I trust that despite all the warning posts on the forum you are not trying to link 7000 decoders to the HM6000 analogue app, if so you have likely beggared the decoder. LTSR_NSE Posted April 7, 2023 Share Posted April 7, 2023 Eft unfortunately you have downloaded the wrong app to your phone/tablet (which is why you can’t get the decoder to link with it).The app you need is HM | DCC (HM7000) - you have incorrectly got HM | DC (HM6000).Is your phone/tablet an Apple or Android device? (The correct app has been released for Apple but is still a few weeks away for Android.)Unfortunately by attempting to link your decoder with the wrong app you may have given it an identity crisis. If once you have the correct app, the decoder still cannot connect - you will need to email Hornby (HM.customercare@hornby.com) to repair/replace it.
