Does anyone have a good suggestion for fencing please?

What type of fencing?  Post and rail, security, panel?  
There are so many offerings out there in various sizes I'm sure you'll find something from an N gauge range that'll do the job for general fencing.  Things like fence panels are specific sizes so unless someone's already producing them for TT you may need to make your own for that type of thing.

There are couple of different types from West Hill Wagon Works specifically in TT:120 scale, Wooden post and rail style for alongside railway lines into the 80’s/90’s and the metal clamp safety railings you would find in depots etc

Look at Scalemodelscenery.co.uk ...they do the spiked station fencing in laser cut form.

If it’s for lineside fencing you can also try the Peco N scale fences, they are only a little smaller than TT and generally look good in situ.  Search for pictures of the Peco TT demo layout to see how it looks, most of the scenery on that is from their N scale range.

NB-45 flexible fencing is the one I was thinking of.  Here is a video that has a few shots of their TT layout at Warley.
