RDS
Yes, you can use the e-link to power your track for HM7000.
Fishmanoz
You can do one of 2 things:use the eLink power supply and adaptor cable as you suggest, oryou can just use the eLink normally and power the track DCC as RDS suggests, then you don’t need to buy the adaptor cable. I’m doing similarly right now but using an Elite not an eLink, same difference. The latter gives you the option of driving locos either with the app or RM, adjustable via CV12. Neil -349476
I’ve found a P9300W in my Scalextric box. Can I use this ?Cheers.
Wayne-in-Oz
Hi Neil,I just did a google search and found jadlamracingmodels site shows the P9300 as compatible with the Hornby Select train controller so I would have to assume it will work fine. Nice power supply at 15v 4amps. Below is from their site so blame them if it doesnt work lol The larger C7024 4 amp Power Unit is suitable for use with the Select unit, and should provide additional power to the tracks, allowing for more locomotives to be run simultaneously. P-Henny
Neil,The P9300 power supply is the supply that is included in the HM7000 series R7337 power supply bundle. So yes it can be used.
96RAF
C7024 is simply a Scalex version of the P9300, no real difference in form, fit or function apart from the label.Ditto applies to US version C7023 vs P9303.

Timothy-350163
Will Hornby make a power supply for the HM-7000 that use 120vac mains (USA)?
96RAF
They already do make international power supplies - see bottom right hand corner of this page https://octaviancs.com/railmaster/ampage.php?id=ampage
Timothy-350163
Thank you for the link. Was not familiar with Railmaster. Product 9303 will work.(Was only looking at the Hornby website)
96RAF
The site I sent you to is an external help site for RM users written by one of our forum moderators Augustus Caesar.Folk in US have reported finding the correct PSU at their local Scalextric supplier as the unit is essentially the same just rebadged.
