See the 14xx going down the High Street as well.
I seem to remember, if you look closely through the pretend loco wheels, you can see the rubber tyres of the road vehicle, and yes I will probably watch it again, especially as there is no F1 for months.

I was specifically looking out for the rubber tyred wheels. And yes, when the camera angle briefly changes from a side view to a distant rear view. The inner wheels and the clear gap between the outer metal wheels and the road surface are clearly visible. This is where the 'pause' live transmission in many modern TVs comes into its own.

The high street that was used was in Woodstock, Oxfordshire which hasn't changed very much. except for a few white lines to mark out parking places. Apparently the sequence was actually shot during the day and made to look like nighttime
