  1. Looking at your photographs and the immense stack of I doubt if anybody will be surprised at that! 😆 But could he find them!!
  2. Just go on to ebay and type in City of Truro in the search box - there's a few, including a Bachmann/NRM model.
  3. Since they now want to charge you for 3rd Party Hosting - I'm trying to empty my bucket.
  4. My problem is getting the pics. from PB to Flickr.
  5. Thanks for the nice comments guys. I'm trying to get the pictures from Photobucket downloaded into a Flickr file so I can put some more on here, but I'm having problems at the moment.
  6. I don't know if this will work, but I've added some pictures via my Flickr page. www.flickr.com/photos/156575674@N02/
  7. Totems now added to the lamp posts - which are powered by a 3v LED.
  8. Now that I like - who's going to dare do it? I should have added that the articles in Hornby Magazine about train formation are very useful. It's Southern Region in the August 2017 issue.
  9. R3413 Class S15 4-6-0 Maunsell - 30831 - BR Late Crest - £60 saving on rrp. Seems a good deal to me.
  10. R4534E BR (Ex-Maunsell) Pull/Push Coach Pack – Set 601 . I think I now have the full set of Pull/Push Coaches - what a sad life I lead!
  11. Just purchased Merchant Navy Class - Channel Packet 21C1 - don't tell PP!
  12. In case I foget the name of my station! http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f219/Bulleidboy/100_0539_zpskr0ojd0v.jpg
  13. I've also made the fiddle yard a little more attractive! http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f219/Bulleidboy/100_0534_zpswursv8jc.jpg
  14. New "Hills & Dales" backscenes now fitted to Wykeham. Progress has been very slow of late. http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f219/Bulleidboy/100_0530_zpskuqivmqe.jpg
  15. I find that a Hornby Class 08 pulls the Sharge track cleaner without any problems. I have the later/newer version - which I have painted dark green - the original colour was a sort of dayglo green. Works very well.
  16. I'll be 70 in March, and married 45years two days after my birthday - could be an expensive wekend!
  17. Just received an email from Hornby to say that the Lyme Regis Train Pack has arrived and will be dispatched shortly. That's my Christmas present sorted - assuming it's delivered before Christmas.
  18. Yes it does look good Rog. I have an older version! It would be nice to fit lights.
  19. R4534D BR Pull-Push Coach Pack - another impulse purchase when it was announced! I think I now have five sets of these, plus the one that came with the M7 tank.
  20. This is the shed area, showing one of the Peco Turntables, they are operated by Locomotech motors which turn at 2rpm - flatout! and are extremely quiet, so with the Clipper at half-power you sometimes have to look twice to see whether the table is turning. I have done very little on the layout for some time - just pottered, may be spending just a couple of minutes glueing something in place. I am currently building the "new" Metcalfe Mainline Station, and incorporating LED lighting during the build - it's taken me weeks - I do have other things to do! LOL. I've also just fitted illuminated buffer stops at the end of all tracks coming into the terminus - these really do look like the Peco "rail" type with a lamp on top, which has had an LED inserted, and the wires well hidden. I'm also going to change the backscenes to "Hills and Dales". So a long way to go. http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f219/Bulleidboy/100_0419_zpswryii46t.jpg
  21. Hi Rod - The Clipper powers my two Peco Turntables - one in the engine shed area and one at the end of the fiddle yard. I have also been successful in "powering" the Ratio SR Concrete Lamp Posts. They can be seen on very many southern layouts, but I have yet to see them powered - hopefully a picture below. http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f219/Bulleidboy/IMG_0238_zpsxiwdx71t.jpg
