I think this will be true for many. I was completely thrown by it when we started testing, but now I have to say I think it's brilliant and a vast improvement on the previous version. R-

In it's previous incarnation "trusted" was simply an unofficial description that was used by Moderators and Hornby Towers and applied to posters who, over time, had demonstrated via their posting history that they could be trusted to post appropriate images. It's not clear at the moment if this will come to pass in the new version. R-

Just in case anyone else is wondering about any credit amount they may have with Hattons, I emailed them this morning and got a response in about 30 minutes giving me my credit balance and requesting details of the account into which it should be paid. Having supplied this I was amazed that the cash showed up in 8 minutes. Usual wonderful Hattons experience. R-

A return to Hornby for an in warranty repair should have been your first port of call. You might be able to get that now, but I suspect you may be charged for any repair as you have intervened. R-

Any forum so set up would be moderated with the forum rules in mind. As others have said it can work very easily, or not. However, at the moment we have no go ahead from Hornby Towers but this thread will help provide the general sentiment of members. R-
