Cedric HK
Hello, I own the Rivarossi Big Boy and I'm wondering if a sound profile is available! Thank you in advance!
96RAF
Its a double engine so you could maybe fudge it with twin decoders but you cannot as yet run dual 7K decoders in a consist, although such a fettle is coming soon. Other sound decoder providers have a profile for it.
Yelrow
Cedric, hi, if you proceed could you post the steps you take to fit, as I have that loco . These locos are also sold, with sound fitted, you suggest , one /two, are out there.

LTSR_NSE
What decoder type does the Big Boy require? HM7000 are currently only available in 8pin, Next18 & 21pin variants. This thread lists the currently available sound profiles released for the HM7000 decoders (& those that are being created): As there isn’t currently a correct profile - only you can decide if any of them are usable for your purpose.
