A big thank you to Hornby

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Hornby for their excellent aftercare service.

Three years ago I sent my Select back to them for the 1.5 upgrade, which they did and returned to me within a week for the cost of £15.

Last week; after the initial phone call, I again returned my Select, this time for the 1.6 upgrade. It was returned a few days later upgraded and in perfect working order, with a covering letter saying no charge ….

For me this was over and above my expectations, and certainly promotes them to the top in customer service … We’ll done Hornby …

I've had nothing but first class service direct from Hornby, but as I keep hearing here; Hornby employees do not monitor this forum.

I recommend you email Hornby customer service who, after probably receiving far more complaints than compliments [simple because no one ever takes the time to pass on the positives], would greatly appreciate your comments 👍👍👍
