I will do another conversation from my favourite tank kit for conversations, the Airfix WWI Tank in 1:76. It will be another "what if" for the late twenties, or early thirties. Here is the first picture. The tank is widened in comparison with the original vehicle.
I used Vallejo paint, I am sorry, but I don´t know the number. The instruction sheet suggest Humbol 150 (Forest green), it also says, as Ratch´s note, this vehicle was used in Papua New Guinea by the Australians.
Here is another "What if". What about the polish Airforce had some Spitfires in 1939? I build this one some time ago. Livery in Air Force scheme with underwins in bare metal. Decals are from my stash.
This is my hypothetical splinter camo Spitfire. I got this very old MKI Spitfire several years ago in a polybag. There was no instruction sheet, but decals. I liked to bulid a "what if" Spitfire and made this one in an unusual splinter camo. Hope you like it.
Another "what if-project" was my german Saab "Tunnan". The "deutsche Tonne" flew as photo reconnaisance in the late 60s and early 70s. Painted in the "old" german splinter camouflage in grey-blue and dark green with silvergrey undersides. /media/tinymce_upload/651a81dc30c473b8b833fda6057953ba.jpg/media/tinymce_upload/d5f6f84b761068e2a5f6dfd445531a51.jpg
