jopres57
Just finished today, with an Airfix F4B and a Frog Supermarine S6B still on the workbench. The Phantom has always been my favourite kit, ever since I bought the original Airfix issue in its colourfull USS Forrestal markings many years ago. This Israeli version, which has just had its final coat of varnish added, is actually an old Hasagawa kit because the Airfix ones are increasingly hard to find at a decent price. It does have some bombs, fuel tanks, and a stand from the Airfix kit though. Here’s an Airfix one that I completed about six weeks ago.It would be good if the old Phantom F4A/B/C/D/E/F could be re-released as a vintage classic, hopefully followed by a new tool or three. Gilbert_H
Much to my own surprise, there is just an old Revell Bf 109E on my current workbench.Construction was started about 55 years (!) ago and I really do intend to finish it very soon now; as long as nothing else will interfere…
Pretty Mediocre Modeller
Here's what was on my workbench the weekend, didn't quite finish it, still got a bit of weathering and the centreline tank to attach.Hasegawa Douglas A-1H Skyraider 1/72. Bombs from the spares box as Hasegawa never include them.

Pretty Mediocre Modeller
My Wildcat is still ongoing. Not a bad kit, nice detail, but the undercarriage is much to complicated and fiddly.
