Kenneth ONeill
Sunbeam Rapier (since it's a coupe or a convertible I'll buy at least 2).

Kenneth ONeill
ISTR Airfix have lost the Guideline launcher sprue. That said, as long as the truck, semi-trailer and missile are all complete I think most people would live without the launcher?

Kenneth ONeill
I presume "1/144 Discovery" refers to the RRS Discovery?I'd also second the SS (aka PS) Great Western.

Hurricane Boy
Interesting that my post regarding vintage kits I would like to see would not upload because it contains banned words, so I’ll leave the name of the airplane out. Boy this new website is something else. No wonder it goes for days without posts…..DHC-1 mk1
Kenneth ONeill
Curious; why should the name of a small North American rodent (I presume the C in DHC) be a banned word? Explaining this probably demands string slicing and access to the banned words list.

It is just odd because I have referred to this aircraft by name many times on this forum in the past. Also in my frustration with the issue I referred to the aircraft as DHC-1 which is the Chipmunk while I meant to write DHC-2 mk1 Cheers,Tim

jopres57
Just noticed that the P80 shooting star is illustrated for a month in the 2022 Airfix Model World Calendar. Looks like its a favourite for a vintage classics return. I'll be glad to see it again, its one of the fairly decent kits originating in the seventies and eighties that seem to have fallen off the radar.
