  1. Excellent video as usual. Loving the farm and church area, it looks great. It took a few seconds for the penny to drop with the factory names !
  2. I think blinkered is the word 😎
  3. Well ... I can live with the 10.39 reading that gives too 🤪
  4. Today I received the pin gauge thingamebob for checking back to backs, it looks like my digital "very-nears" are pretty good too ☺️
  5. Yep, all of the above 😀
  6. No, I didn't realize you were utilizing the Hornby axle and chassis.🙂
  7. I dropped one of my 08's, and broke a the nem pocket off. I rang and explained it was my own fault and asking if they could tell me how much the parts would be to send to me. They asked for me to email confirmation and pictures to see what I needed, and sent them to me FOC, can't beat that for CS 😎
  8. Mine weren't that actual brand, I cant find them anymore, but I had "Nora" branding on the pen, no issues with bleeding for me. Edit: aha, just found the ones I got: Pontedinvoy Permanent Marker Pens - Colouring Pens Dual Tips Pens For Adults,Felt Tip Pens For Children,Art Pens ,Manga Markers For Kids For Artist、Students Sketching 、Graffiti 、Drawing (36 colours) : Amazon.co.uk: Stationery & Office Supplies No idea why it says "Nora" on the actual pen and Pontedinvoy on the case ☺️
  9. Looking at that pic, that looks more than 3% ...
  10. I used some pens like these Vallteng 40 Colors Graphic Marker Pen Art Sketch Twin Marker Pen Permanent Graffiti Coloring Pens for Drawing Coloring Highlighting and Underlining : Amazon.co.uk: Stationery & Office Supplies
  11. In that case, I have been in some out of scale real houses, where a bounced my 6'2 noggin on the top of doorframes 🤪
  12. I agree with RM, its fine for individuals who can apply rule 1 at their own level of acceptance, but a major manufacturer doing it these days isn't a good move. @Silver Fox 17 There are some 14mm (maybe 5'6) at OO/HO Locomotive Driving Wheels, axles, crankpins (scalelink.co.uk)
  13. AH, that lower one explains why I couldn't get the geometry to work for a crossover, I hadn't thought out side the straight lines ! I was expecting to have 2x points to x-over to 2x points, but thats not what Hornby designed it for ... TBH I was only using them in a track planner because the Peco TT x-over isnt yet in SCARM ... but I messaged the author and he says it will be in the next release due this month.
  14. J50 club special edition ? Missus located the mag and catalogue for me today, bless her 😎 I wonder when the Castle's and 9F's are due? The GWR castle is listed as era4, they really should check things before publication 😄
  15. With a total of 10 on pre-order, that will keep me busy for a bit 🤪
  16. I believe it was Dave who mentioned these earlier in the thread: TT Scale set of 12 Locomotive Crew Steam Era | Moor View Models I have a set, I have a crew (well the top half) in my 2 class 08's, haven't yet got round to populating the A1/3/4's yet ! If you need Diesel Drivers: Modern Driver Figures — Smart Models or Diesel Driver Figure — Smart Models
  17. I think I must have the worst luck ever with those pliers ! the first single one I ordered a while back was 9mm, so was returned. I just got the set linked (well their was a link, not sure where it went !) and they are a shade under 10mm, but as this was a set of 3 (long nose and wire cutters) for under a tenner I'll keep 'em 😁 I think I'll print myself a B2B gauge !
  18. And proper sized steam era tank wagons ... or 14T+ as others may refer to them as 😁
  19. Yes, Mrs TT reported the same in Tesco's 😄 Possibly, but I would have thought that a PDF catalogue on the website would help drive sales too 🤔
  20. AH well, I have just sent the missus out (she has a Tesco close to her workplace) to see if they have it, if not I'll wait for the PDF 😄
  21. Please don't degrade RM's thread with mention of Walls sausages ... only ones worse are Richmond. Get some proper Newmarket ones, your taste buds will love you for it 😆 Sorry, I'll get me coat 🤪
  22. An R6 in set track terms will be as per your track setta, as it is +43mm from the R5. What Hornby call an "R6" , is actually a point parallel spacing curve, thats why it is listed as 640mm.
  23. Did you use any points toward them ? I know if you use points enough to drop it below the £50 you will have to pay postage.
  24. As I have been looking into 00 stuff, I have been looking at what they have done with envy. DCC sound equipped locos with built in stay alive's and very well detailed locos, A TT120 loco from them with those features is going to be a gem 😃
